Specialist Robert Allen Wise
On Tuesday, February 21, 2006, Chapter 758 presented the Military Order of the Purple Heart Memorial Plaque to Tammy Wise-Thrash on behalf of her son, Specialist Robert Allen Wise, who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our Country. Specialist Wise was the first Florida National Guard soldier to die in Iraq.
